How to market World Cups!!!
I do not know about you guys, but I have just not managed to get into the Cricket World Cup at all. I know we have not done too well ,but it is more than that, the format is all wrong, too drawn out and there just did not seem to be any atmosphere at the grounds.
Now call me old fashioned, but of we were watching this, I think we might just have been a little keener!!!!

Hmmm, maybe a thought re some beach rugby. Hey it sure worked for volleyball!
So you want to see Julian White in a bikini? Will I think there is a side to you I'd rather not know about!
Chris,
Oh come on, surely your head of school used to wear just a thong at the weekend too??!!!
I was thinking more along the lines of replacing the guys with the FHM top 100 in bikinis playing touch rugby.
Also every ten minutes there would be a "foam mayhem" minute where foam cannons would cover our Rugby heroes with water and foam to the sound of "ooooooh yeah! Bow bow chikka chikka!," etc.
I was at the tigers game and at half-time the Wasps supporters who had done a sponsored walk from London to Leicester in aid of the Matt Hampson appeal did a lap of honour to tremendous applause. It just reminded me that despite the intense on fileld competition and aggresion once the game has finished there is a genorousity of spirit in club rugby that made me feel proud to be a part.
