Rob Andrew Pleading!!
Interesting to see Rob pleading with the clubs not to play the starting line up!! Do I remember correctly that when he was in charge of Newcastle he refused a very similar plea??!!
I can't have a go though, because he is my mate, and it just amuses me how he has flipped sides, and manages to keep a straight face!!
Sad to realise that we are still in this country V club farce, over 11 years into professional rugby! No rush!
But it will be interesting to see if Rob's pleas fall on deaf ears. I think it will largely depend on whether he was begging on his knees or not!

Completely agree. Yet more evidence that the rfu just hired a 'yes man'.
I would still love to see Woodward take that position. And Rob can go work for the government or something.
think that sqeak is more than just a yes man - he said no when in charge of Newcastle. but the RFU is always the weak link in the improvement of English rugby. They still hanker (that is hanker, bumface!) for the old days when the England thing was part time and did not cause them too much fuss for a nice day at twickers and a lovely meal and glass and port in the evening! need to reduce the number of teams in premiership, the number of games and increase the time the national coach has with players. When on training camps for england there should not be too much need for physical training as that should be done with clubs working with the RFU.
Craig,
Not sure what kind of bloke you think I am !! When you want to have a good hanker, you have a good hanker, I am more than OK with that!! It has taken years of therapy since school, but I can now say and read that word without twitching!!!
