You have to laugh at this !!! He comes on from the touch line, slyly lines up his man, who he realises is being held, throws his punch, not a bad one I have to say, and then runs like hell !!!! That takes guts!!!! I thought about doing that so often !!!

I think the best rugby punch ive seen was in a tri nations match a few years ago (cant remember which one) where Brendah Cannon hit Kevin Mealamu right in the nose. It was a brilliant punch, would love to see footage again if any one can supply!

the quality is very poor though, really doesnt do the whopping punch justice at all.
How he nails that pursuing Inter Milan player right at the end is genius!
Watched the Brendan Cannon punch, not bad!! I like the way Mealamu hardly acknowledges it!!
